Why should people use this category? What is it for?
As we reflect on the advice and findings of the HSDR, implementing a better system requires wide discourse to better inform decision-makers and ensure we all have a place to voice our opinions, questions, and thoughts. This is a national forum for this discussion to be had digitally.
How exactly is this different than the other categories we already have?
This category will be the first public category on HFNZ, so how this works remains to be seen.
What should topics in this category generally contain?
Please post, and reply to, topics relevant to the HDSR. Specifically, it would make sense to reference particular sections of the review to discuss, through links. Of course, the Review draws on many other health sector documents, which may also be of interest to discuss in relation to the HDSR.
Do we need this category? Can we merge with another category, or subcategory?
As the impact of the HDSR becomes more clear, the discussions generated here may not be relevant any longer, so may be archived or merged with other discussions occurring within HFNZ. Whether a public category remains permanent, is also for discussion.
We look forward to your thoughts and input!
